TrendTrader Pro Affiliate Program Terms

By joining the TrendTrader Pro affiliate program you ("Affiliate") agree to these terms with Trend Trader Pro LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("TrendTrader Pro", "we").

1. Commissions

• 50% recurring commission on every payment made by a customer you refer, for as long as that customer's subscription remains active.
• Commissions become payable on day 8 after a referral's payment, once it clears our 7-day money-back window. Refunded or charged-back payments are voided automatically — you earn only on customers who stay.
• Attribution uses a 60-day cookie via your unique referral link. Commissions are tracked in your Rewardful dashboard and paid monthly via Wise (minimum payout balance may apply).
• Self-referrals, referrals of existing customers you control, and fraudulent or incentivized signups earn nothing and are grounds for termination.

2. FTC disclosure (required)

You must comply with the U.S. FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and any equivalent rules where your audience is located. Specifically:

• Disclose your material connection to TrendTrader Pro (that you earn a commission) clearly and conspicuously in every piece of content containing your referral link or promoting TrendTrader Pro.
• The disclosure must be unavoidable: placed before or immediately next to the link or endorsement — not only in a bio, an "about" page, below the fold, behind a "more" click, or buried in a hashtag wall. #ad, "sponsored", or "I earn a commission if you subscribe through my link" are acceptable; vague terms like #sp, #collab, or "partner" alone are not.
• Platform specifics: on video (YouTube, TikTok, Reels), disclose verbally or on-screen in the video itself, plus in the description; on livestreams, repeat the disclosure periodically; on X/Instagram, the disclosure must appear in the post itself, not a reply; in Discord/Telegram, disclose in the message containing the link.
• Endorsements must reflect your honest opinion and actual experience with the product.

3. Claims you may make

• You may only repeat performance claims we have published, in their published form with the source: e.g. "92.7% win rate on confirmed intraday forex signals in July 2026 (2,393 signals)" together with a link to trendtrader.pro/performance-report-2026/.
• You must never: promise or imply guaranteed profits or income for subscribers; state or imply that past performance guarantees future results; invent statistics; present your own results as typical; or describe TrendTrader Pro as providing personalized financial advice.
• Do not use "TrendTrader" or confusingly similar terms in paid search ads, domain names, or social handles, and do not bid on our brand terms in paid search.

4. Conduct

• No spam (email, DM, comment, or otherwise), no cookie stuffing, no forced clicks, no misleading pre-sale pages, and no promotion adjacent to unlawful content.
• You are an independent party, not our employee, agent, or partner, and may not make commitments on our behalf.

5. Termination and changes

• Either party may end participation at any time. We may terminate immediately and void unpaid commissions for breach of these terms — including missing or inadequate disclosures after one warning, or any prohibited claim, which requires no warning.
• We may update these terms prospectively; continued participation after notice is acceptance.
• These terms are governed by Florida law. Our customer-facing Terms of Service (trendtrader.pro/legal/terms-of-service/) govern the underlying product.
