Affiliate Program Terms

By joining the TrendTrader Pro affiliate program you ("Affiliate") agree to these terms with TrendTrader Pro, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("TrendTrader Pro", "we").

1. Commissions

• 50% recurring commission on every payment made by a customer you refer, for as long as that customer's subscription remains active.
• Your referral link gives every customer you refer 10% off, for as long as they stay subscribed, on every plan. The discount applies automatically at checkout. They never type a code.
• You also have a personal promo code carrying the same 10%. A customer who types it at checkout gets the same discount, and the sale is credited to you.
• Your commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually pays after that discount and after any other promotion the customer applies at checkout. A Core monthly subscriber pays $44.10, so the commission is $22.05 per month.
• Commissions become payable 48 hours after a referral's payment. All purchases are final, so there is no refund hold. A payment that is charged back or otherwise reversed voids its commission. You earn only on customers who stay.
• Attribution uses a 60-day cookie via your unique referral link. Commissions are tracked in your Rewardful dashboard and paid via PayPal once they become payable. Keep a valid PayPal email on your affiliate profile; we cannot pay a commission without one.
• Self-referrals, referrals of existing customers you control, and fraudulent or incentivized signups earn nothing and are grounds for termination.
• The program pays for new customers you bring us, not for discounts on your own purchases. No commission is earned on a subscription bought by you, by a member of your household or immediate family (spouse or partner, parent, child, sibling), by a business you own or control, or by anyone who shares a payment method, billing address, device, or TrendTrader Pro account with you. Sharing any part of a commission with the customer (cash back, rebates, splitting) is an incentivized signup.
• Review and withholding. We may hold any commission while we review a referral, and we may decline or reverse a commission that we reasonably determine falls under the two points above. We decide this from our payment, account, and tracking records, and our determination is final.

2. FTC disclosure (required)

You must comply with the U.S. FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and any equivalent rules where your audience is located. Specifically:

• Disclose your material connection to TrendTrader Pro (that you earn a commission) clearly and conspicuously in every piece of content containing your referral link or code, or promoting TrendTrader Pro.
• The disclosure must be unavoidable: placed before or immediately next to the link or endorsement, not only in a bio, an "about" page, below the fold, behind a "more" click, or buried in a hashtag wall. #ad, "sponsored", or "I earn a commission if you subscribe through my link" are acceptable; vague terms like #sp, #collab, or "partner" alone are not.
• Platform specifics: on video (YouTube, TikTok, Reels), disclose verbally or on-screen in the video itself, plus in the description; on livestreams, repeat the disclosure periodically; on X/Instagram, the disclosure must appear in the post itself, not a reply; in Discord/Telegram, disclose in the message containing the link.
• Endorsements must reflect your honest opinion and actual experience with the product.

3. Claims you may make

• Performance figures: only from our published report, with the link. You may cite the figures in our published performance report at trendtrader.pro/performance-report-2026/ only as stated there and only with a link to that page as the source. Do not quote any other number: no win rate, accuracy percentage, signal count, or return figure from older TrendTrader Pro material, videos, or screenshots still circulating, and no figure of your own making.
• You may describe what the product does (market-maker-cycle analysis and algorithmic trades across forex, stocks, crypto, indices, commodities and ETFs), the plans and pricing, and your own honest experience. All purchases are final: do not advertise a free trial, a refund or a money-back guarantee.
• You must never: promise or imply guaranteed profits or income for subscribers; state or imply that past performance guarantees future results; invent or estimate statistics; present your own results as typical; or describe TrendTrader Pro as providing personalized financial advice.
• Do not use "TrendTrader" or confusingly similar terms in paid search ads, domain names, or social handles, and do not bid on our brand terms in paid search.

4. Conduct

• No spam (email, DM, comment, or otherwise), no cookie stuffing, no forced clicks, no misleading pre-sale pages, and no promotion adjacent to unlawful content.
• You are an independent party, not our employee, agent, or partner, and may not make commitments on our behalf.

5. Termination and changes

• Either party may end participation at any time. We may terminate immediately and void unpaid commissions for breach of these terms, including missing or inadequate disclosures after one warning, or any prohibited claim, which requires no warning.
• We may update these terms prospectively; continued participation after notice is acceptance.
• These terms are governed by Florida law. Our customer-facing Terms of Service (trendtrader.pro/legal/terms-of-service/) govern the underlying product.
